Rankin's CC was founded in 1881. Our picturesque ground is situated in Stambridge Road, Rochford opposite the Cherry Tree Public House.
In the 2009 season we will have three teams which compete on Saturdays in the Mid Essex League, a Warsops Sunday League team and a Southend Evening League team. We also have a number of friendly fixtures and are running a cricket tour to the Isle of Wight in June 2009. We welcome fixtures against touring teams.
Rankins CC has a thriving colts section which started in 2007. We operate teams at U9, U11, U13 & U15 age groups and have ECB qualified coaching staff within the club. New members to all teams are welcome from all sexes, abilities and backgrounds. Check out the youth section on the website for more details about colt’s cricket.
